Started off with a one-mile mosey to the Arundel MS exit and back to the athletic fields. Then to Hill Work, and then mosey back to the flag.Hills (8 minutes on, 1 minute rest and repeat)
1st 8 minutes:
Run up hill and do 10 Alternating Shoulder Taps at the top, back down the hill and do 10 Air Squats at the bottom. OYO for 8 minutes.
2nd 8 minutes:
Bear Crawl up hill and do 10 Merkins at the top, Crawl Bear back down the hill and do 10 Lunges at the bottom. OYO for 8 minutes.Back to the Flag.
