High pressure extends across the southeastern states this
morning and will be moving away. Low pressure is moving through
the Great Lakes, with a cold front trailing toward Texas. This
front will march across the Ohio Valley today, although most of
the precipitation should remain along and west of the
Appalachians through sunset

The Thang: Family Fun Time

Sharks and Turkeys
Kids are sharks, parents are turkeys. Run from side to side, if a shark tags you, head to the side and hold plank. Last adult standing wins the admiration of the group, and doesn’t have to plank.

Hungry Hungry Bear
Split up into teams with an even amount of PAX. A bucket with ball pit balls is in the middle of the circle. The circle is about 10 yards out from the bucket (a radius of 10 yards if you will). PAX bear crawl to the bucket, grab a ball, and bear crawl back. If you want to take 2 balls you must do 5 burpees at the bucket. Go until the bucket is empty. Winning team selects an exercise for the losing teams to do

Hop Paper Scissors
The parking lot will have about 30 circles. Split in to 2 groups. 1 person from each side starts hopping through the circles. When the 2 meet they do a game of rock paper scissors, winner continues hopping, loser goes back to their team. Winning team is determined by the first to reach the last circle.
